Who can be a donor? — Mini-quiz (3 questions)
Pedagogical objective
This activity answers an essential question that is often surrounded by misconceptions: who can actually be a donor? It has been designed to remain simple, with three questions that structure understanding without entering into complex medical explanations. Pupils discover that a person can be a living donor or donate after death, that brain death is central to most donations, and that age (child, adult, senior) is not an obstacle in itself.
Activity flow
The activity takes the form of a short quiz. For each question, the pupil chooses an answer, then an explanation appears to confirm or correct it before moving on to the next question. The format is deliberately calmer than the hands-on activities: it encourages discussion and clarification.
Teacher’s role
This is an ideal moment to let the class speak before confirming an answer. You can ask pupils to justify their choice, then reformulate the explanation in simple words. The aim is not to add more content, but to support understanding and collectively deconstruct certain beliefs.
